We welcome all skill sets! While biology and conservation field experience are always valuable, we equally appreciate talents in content creation, education, communications, organization, fundraising, GIS, data analysis, grant writing, botany, forestry, systems engineering, and everything in between.

Volunteer opportunities depend on our current needs. If we don’t have a suitable placement right now, we’ll keep your application on file for future openings.

Please note: we’re unable to provide accommodation, transport, or meals for volunteers in Costa Rica, but we also do not charge a volunteer fee. We simply appreciate your time, energy, and willingness to help. Because it takes time to learn our systems and become part of the team, we do give preference to volunteers who can commit to an extended period.
